Haven’t been able to log in for months

I keep getting an error message that says API error, invalid argument. How am I supposed to log on? The website says to use the app, the app doesn’t work

I would give zero stars if there was an option should just left the app the way it was before the stupid update. Don’t fix something that’s not broken and make it worse.

The new update

Ever since this update I haven’t been able to log in at all this whole year
I keep getting an API Error
Invalid Argument to +
[CommonStoreAPI set|tem:]
But I can log in online fine with no problems but I can’t access any information about child support without the app

Typical gov app junk interface and very very slow. Works about 40%of the time.

TRASH!!!!!!

This is by far, the WORST app I have ever encountered!!! I don’t think I have ever even been logged into it once, and have had the app for over a year now. Because I CANT login no matter how many attempts and tries I have made. And they had the AUDACITY to take the websites portal away, and left us with this garbage. It’s like they do everything they can to avoid ever having to actually WORK!
