I keep getting an error message that says API error, invalid argument. How am I supposed to log on? The website says to use the app, the app doesn’t work

Very low budget
Typical gov app junk interface and very very slow. Works about 40%of the time.

This is by far, the WORST app I have ever encountered!!! I don’t think I have ever even been logged into it once, and have had the app for over a year now. Because I CANT login no matter how many attempts and tries I have made. And they had the AUDACITY to take the websites portal away, and left us with this garbage. It’s like they do everything they can to avoid ever having to actually WORK!

Horrible.
This app is horrible. Constant troubles logging in. Want to send me a code and I don’t receive it so I can’t login. Doesn’t load half of the time. When I am able to log in, it’s super slow. Someone get on this.
App functionality
Horrible, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from these people. I’ve tried to call and get help because the app doesn’t work for me and I’m treated like I’m a POS absent father. Absolutely disgusting, I’ve paid more than my fair share for 16 years. Please let’s make this smooth for the last cpl of years and then we don’t have to worry about it anymore.

The fact that it’s 2026 and this app/website has the most basic functionality is a problem. Furthermore the OHID connection does not work API Error.

Ever since the update I haven’t been able to log into my account. It says i need a OTP but I never receive one. And when I decide to try a pin that I setup before it tells me it incorrect. I really wish you guys would fix this issue but I’m pretty sure you won’t because I don’t think you guys even care. Even when I called you guys and said something, the person over the phone sounded like she didn’t care. Do better

It keeps telling me my phone doesn’t meet the minimum security requirements for this app. And to contact the app publisher to get access which is ridiculous
Poorly made App
The app continually stops working. It will tell you your user name and password are not valid. I have had to delete the app dozens of times and go through the registration process over and over.
When it works it is a good app. Keeps you from spending the whole day sitting hours past your appointment for those of us that have to use an urban CSP office.

Awful Registration
Governments always complicate registration formatting because of their old outdated systems. The Federal Government fixed their issues years ago and yet I constantly get errors with my email address, if not that it’s social security number or something else with Ohio. Completely unusable.

Since the new update where they added new steps ,I have done all of the steps required but can’t log in. The most ridiculous update it definitely didn’t make the app better

Should've left it alone instead of trying to link accounts. It worked just fine before. Apps been down for days. Fix it or go back to the original
