Disappointing

The app is entirely too simple for the price tag. I was expecting some type of journal feature to track the amount of time spent training maintaining mount, for instance. No, the "mat log" is literally a log where you can add time in 15 or 30 minute intervals... no dates, no notes, simply an overall number of mat time. There are other apps with these features that are free.

Terrible

Unfortunately I expected so much more. First there is the errors it kept repeating the videos over and over again. There is no motivational talking while you go through the work out. So to be honest I could be wrong in thinking it was repeating itself but really have no idea. There was barley any workouts anyway so that may be the reason it had to repeat.

I still use this app!

This is one of the most used exercise apps I own. I have had this app for a few years now and it keeps me conditioned, especially for those days that I can't make it to class. It makes me strong as an ox and my training partners can really notice a difference in my sparring.

Very challenging. Never boring.

This is my favorite kettlebell app by far. Very useful. My only suggestion would be to place the drills in a separate menu from the video instructions.

AWESOME!!

Great App!
