Thanks for coming back with the detail. this is the miss that matters most. Reading crabgrass or Bermuda as desirable turf on a northern lawn doesn't just get the name wrong, it flips the advice from "remove it" to "feed it," which is exactly the outcome you describe. Weedy grasses in cool-season lawns are a known weak spot of the model and we're retraining on more of those samples. Hello To3906 and sorry for your troubles. Cancelling has to go through your APPLE ID ACCOUNT: iPhone Settings › tap your name › Subscriptions › Grass Identifier › Cancel Subscription. You're right that cancelling is harder to find than it should be, and we're moving a description into the app itself so it'll be easier for the rest, so thanks again for your valuable feedback. Cancel at least 24 hours before day 7 and NOTHING gets charged. If you were already billed, reporting to Apple gets you a refund and we can make sure this'll be approved. and if you hit any further trouble, https://apps.wizarddynamics.com/contact and we'll help you through it.

Thanks for the detail, that's a serious report and we're looking into it. To be clear on how it works: subscriptions live in your Apple ID, so cancelling has to go through APPLE: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. For the $39.99, Apple handles all refunds, so you should contact them. they're generally accommodating in exactly this situation. Please also write us at https://apps.wizarddynamics.com/contact with the date you cancelled — we'll dig through it and follow up with Apple if needed.
