Hi there, I’m sorry for the frustration. We found that your email went to our spam folder, which is why you didn’t hear back right away. Our support team has now responded to your message and is ready to assist with your subscription. Just a quick note: Apple manages all payments and subscription management on iOS. You can manage or cancel at any time on your device: Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select our app → Cancel (or open the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). If you don’t see our reply, please check your spam or junk folder and add contact@benabid.me to your contacts. We’re happy to help get this resolved.
