Never works
Consistently unable to order ahead in the app, and if you loaded your gift card on there, you will never be able to use it because they can’t access it. Why are they still promoting this app?
Terrible app
This is probably one of the worst apps that I have used, it is so temperamental and rarely works. When the app first came out it was very nice, however, it no longer holds that same title now - fix the dang app!
App is not user friendly
I've had this app for about a year and it just keeps getting less and less user friendly. A few months ago I lost my ability to redeem my free drinks through the app and when I asked an employee about it I was told that it's a common problem, and that to redeem the free drinks I have to order in person and tell them I have enough points for a free drink. If I had the time to sit there and order and wait for them to fix my drink, I wouldn't be using the app. I need the app so that I can order ahead of time and just pick it up. Now, the app no longer allows me to order food through it, unless I want a rice krispee treat or a bag of sun chips. I have a very busy schedule as I work full time and go to school part time, and being able to grab a coffee or an energy drink and a bagel sandwich on the go was really convenient and now I don't know what the point is. If the free service is this bad, why would I sign up to pay $10 a month for two free drinks I can't redeem and items I can't order?

The barista’s at the Parkland Washington stand are absolutely the best customer service barista I have ever come across. They are always friendly. They remember your order. It’s a wonderful experience.
The app is hit or miss
It sometimes works and sometimes is down. It doesn't have any updates when there's seasonal drinks. Also it would be nice if it let us know when items are out of stock.
Unable to use my rewards
App keeps crashing or will not allow me to log in even after deleting and re-downloading. App will give me notification informing me to contact app support team for support. No resolution.
Barely functional
This app has numerous bugs. I always get a weird flurry of sign in failure. It is also very easy to select options that seem clear to you but do not communicate properly to the barista. For instance if you select a combo of espresso and white coffee shots on the order, the drink will always come with only white coffee. At least half my drinks come wrong.

My rewards number has been stuck at 11/12 drinks for months despite me ordering and inputting my phone number each time I pay :( Can't do much on the app either but it's alright for looking at the drink menu or ordering
Terminal not found
Can’t use the app. Go through the whole process of order in just for it to tell me at the end “Terminal Not Found” and not let me place my order. What’s the point of the app. Fix it
The worst app!!!
I got this app because I had purchased a 200$ gift card so that I can preorder drinks and pick them up. Ever since I got the app over a month ago I haven’t been able to use it once. I put my gift card on my account which was easy but when I hit order it popped up an error saying “terminal not found” that went on for weeks trying to preorder. I gave up for a little while. Thinking it would get fixed. When I went back on the app to order it says they need my pin for my gift card. So I put it in multiple times and now it’s says invalid pin… But my card will still work at the store. Please fix this!!!

Inconsistent and should be deleted
Continues to have problem with adding gift card. When the gift card does work, it stops working when there is a low balance even though there’s cash on it. I stopped paying for the membership because the app doesn’t always work to get the discount. The help desk is not responsive and if they’re not interested in supporting this product, they shouldn’t offer it.

Slow and Unreliable
A pain to use in general but 2 particular issues were infuriating:
When redeeming a free drink I backed out of checkout and the free drink was lost. I had to order again and pay for it.
I added their gift card to my account with $100 loaded on. the next time i went to gravity and tried using it the app said I didn’t have funds and there was nothing the store could do about it.

Gift card part does not work
I put $90 on the gift card and when I go to buy my drink it says can’t find terminal how do I use my $90 if the app won’t charge it. Funny thing is I can still pay with my debit card lol.

I ordered and was charged for a 24 oz Sunrise Tea. The drink i was given was a 16 oz Sunrise Tea. When i asked she said it was a 24 oz and i told her it was a 16 oz. She took the drink and i watched her walk over to the cups, picked up a 24 oz cup, poured my 16 oz drink into the 24 oz cup and filled the rest with ice!!! Are you kidding me!!! We have always had something go wrong our orders!! Our Pre-Paid card is empty so i guess we are moving onto a different coffee place!! It is so frustrating that 'Listening" skills seem to be a part of the past!!!

App system not the best
I really like the drinks Gravity provides. I decided that it was time for me to become a rewards member and downloaded the app. At first I thought my phone was glitching but no. I’ve tried multiple times to sing up but never got my verification code. That was disappointing.

Coffee Good, App is Trash
Gravity Coffee needs to fire their app development person/team. It’s not updated with most of the stores in my area. It doesn’t track the purchases/points from purchases made at the stores it doesn’t have.

The app would cancel if I added trip, but otherwise love the convenience. Bummed for the employees though because I didn’t have cash.
