Bad rewards, need to go inside with a card on file to even use, no drive thru pick up and just generally a bad set up
Can’t redeem reward in app
The app is mostly good, but I can’t redeem the rewards in the app. I’ve got enough points for 3 free entree rewards, but it will never let me apply one of them to my order so my points are useless
The app sucks
When trying to sign in not sign up it keeps on asking for my phone number and says it’s taken
Missed items again
Can you please check the order to make sure all is in it?

i had this app years ago. it was fine, nothing crazy. now it sucks. it logs me out, fine. i go to sign back in and click sign in. enter my info i know is right because i took a ss 2min before bc the app was bugging and not letting me update my number. i enter the info. it says, sorry there’s an account with that phone number already. yeah no kidding i’m trying to sign into it. okay whatever let me clock out. there’s no back button?? what am i supposed to do the phone number i know is connected to an account doesn’t work and i can’t get out?? i delete the app. i open it again. new options. i can migrate an account. great! i try to migrate my account. there’s an account with the number already. you’ve got to be kidding me. please go back to school whoever designed this.
