Bad rewards, need to go inside with a card on file to even use, no drive thru pick up and just generally a bad set up
Can’t redeem reward in app
The app is mostly good, but I can’t redeem the rewards in the app. I’ve got enough points for 3 free entree rewards, but it will never let me apply one of them to my order so my points are useless
The app sucks
When trying to sign in not sign up it keeps on asking for my phone number and says it’s taken

i had this app years ago. it was fine, nothing crazy. now it sucks. it logs me out, fine. i go to sign back in and click sign in. enter my info i know is right because i took a ss 2min before bc the app was bugging and not letting me update my number. i enter the info. it says, sorry there’s an account with that phone number already. yeah no kidding i’m trying to sign into it. okay whatever let me clock out. there’s no back button?? what am i supposed to do the phone number i know is connected to an account doesn’t work and i can’t get out?? i delete the app. i open it again. new options. i can migrate an account. great! i try to migrate my account. there’s an account with the number already. you’ve got to be kidding me. please go back to school whoever designed this.

Can’t use because I can’t log in
I can no longer use this app at all because it gets stuck on the required phone number field, but when I put in my phone number it says phone number already in use.
App Needs Work!
I love TacoTime, but this app is extremely uncooperative. It'll fail to add items to your cart and throw a connection error, but work on the second try - you have to repeat this for *every item.* Tonight I just couldn't use the app at all because it said every restaurant was closed when they weren't, so I just skipped the app and ordered at the restaurant. It's extremely finicky and needs a lot more QA testing.

Fresh and delicious!
I hadn’t been to a Taco Time in a long time. The menu still has some of my favorites but also a ton of new items that are all fresh tasting a delicious! I will be back frequently!
Terrible app
App doesn’t work. Spent an hour trying to get it running. Numerous bugs include it doesn’t think you are signed in when you are, doesn’t think you have a payment method added when you do. Doesn’t think you are near a restaurant when you are at one. Yes I do have internet and locations enabled. Sorry I put my payment info into it. Too bad- I’m a longtime taco time customer and it would have been nice to get rewards. I use a lot of other store and restaurant apps.

Defective
I’ve used this app before about a year ago but now, even after adding a new payment method, I can’t check out. Just keeps asking me to add a payment method. Tried uninstalling. Doesn’t work anymore.
I hate this. It’s the only way to get food INSIDE??
You have to sign up, provide personal info and a bunch of garbage before you can order food inside of a restaurant with an app. Not acceptable

We really enjoyed the cheerful and helpful attitude of Patrick at your Interbay location in Seattle today. He was so nice and welcoming. We would return if we were sure he would be the one doing our order.

Poor service
I have never been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant than I was again today in Poulsbo. The gal gave me misinformation about their app and was snotty about it. The employees need to be trained on their app if they going to offer one. I wouldn’t expect a manager to be rude. They just lost a customer.

Won’t let me sign in because i already have an account but can’t back up to a “forgot password/email me” screen because it’s locked on garbage. What a terrible garbage joke of an app.
