Please make an app we can manage monthly payments instead of through the servicing division website

So I’m not going to complain about a 30 second delay to the printer because that’s first world problems - come on...this app will save you time prior to making it into the bank. Who cares about an30second wait when there are people without the ability to print let alone starving in this world, I feel bad for people like the other reviewer. There also is no delay in pushing buttons by using green lite or time Warner. Upgrade your internet or cell service (to the other reviewer) LOLOLOL

The app is helpful but trying to print documents has a 30 second delay with each tap or selection you make.
