The GRCM App has the following features for our Dell Partners-
(1) The user can track the service tag journey including Sell-In, Sell-Thru and Sell-Out as well.
(2) The user would be able to scan and submit multiple service tags for a customer in one go by using the in-app scanner.
(3) GRCM app lets the user perform system search for their assigned customers
(4) The user can also perform a Transaction search for all the uploaded sell-outs and track the status of each transaction
