Not Functional
Doesn’t work…? You click the app and it opens to a page that says “please wait…” and the waiting is stagnant / never ends. I have the new iPhone … not sure why this would be happening

You could have emailed support instead of writing this review! But anyway, this is due to a bad Wi-Fi connection or it’s a normal delay the first time the app is opened. If you wait about 20 seconds it WILL load.

We usually see this happen when someone has a bad Wi-Fi connection - I’d try again when you have a better one. Just wait about 20 seconds the first time you open the app.
Increased my GRE score
I used this app for about 4 months before my GRE in 2022. This made studying enjoyable, and my score improved significantly!

Stuck on loading screen and doesn’t start. Tried multiple times in a few days span

In my four years of experience this is always a Wi-Fi issue - try with a strong Wi-Fi connection.
Charged without permission
I just tried to download it and it charged me right away without asking! My question is, was the charge one time or will it charge me again in coming months?
