Downloaded the app and cannot get it to load. Ever. Developers, fix the glitches!

Tryed to download app. It ask for email and password. I haven’t established an account. And it also loading. But it never loads. Waited 30 minutes but keeps saying loading. Maybe it’s best I can’t download this app and take my automotive needs elsewhere.
