Apple Pay won’t work
I’m starving. It’s lunchtime. Restaurant will not accept a phone order. Got the app. Have been working on it & reloading app 3 times & it won’t work. Too many other nearby restaurants to have to deal with this nonsense. I’ll take my business elsewhere
App Crashes Every Week!!
Getting pretty sick and tired of this App crashing EVERY WEEK. My $80+ I drop there every week is about to start going somewhere else… FIX IT!!
Great food & staff! Horrible app!
The food is absolutely amazing and the team is always wonderful. The app does not work over half of the time. I end up eating there less because I am not able to order ahead online. Sure wish it worked every time!
My food order missing.
Oder food to go . Second time that this has happen . Food always missing my order never complete And I call they said will be refunded never got my refund back . Please check your order before you go order wise money /time lose .

No way to enter credit card info for future use, not for immediate order.
No way to specify which restaurant, must specify location near the one intended. Seriously? There's no pull-down list of choices?
Didn't the app developer ever USE a restaurant app, so know what features are needed, what makes a good user interface?
