Non secure connection
Trying to login and we get a browser that says connection isn’t secure cause they aren’t using https or something. Unable to use.

Limited app availability
Not all expats in Singapore have a app stored US or UK or SG ID. Unfortunately, this app is only available on these 3 app stores while it is the same price to deploy worldwide.

Worthless. Regretting that I ever decided to opt for them.
They gladly accept your subscription, but then force you to use an inferior method of accessing and maintaining your policy information. They lock the user out of all policy information that needs to be accessed instead of allowing it via the normal web interface.
The app has been completely worthless in this regard. I will never consider using this app or being a part of their scamworthy practices ever again.

Hi Value customer, We like to highliight 2 points below. 1. On locking out user of all policy info, we believe it was during our system maintenace that we are providing limited info. 2. It's our responsibility to protect your info with us. Pls go GEApp > Services tab > Personal particular to update your details.

Using passkey or biometrics still need phone OTP. Please fix this since logging in had not improved, but you made it worse and more inconvenient.
No one answers call
All customer services are all currently busy no one picks up and can wait for 5-10 mins the customer service still busy. I just let the music play on and on the speaker. Already 11:15mins still waiting.
Cannot update the apps
Hi, you prompt me to update the apps when I log in, but 2 hours already apps still cannot update and cannot log in to check my policies
Bad Typeface
The typeface of your header are really hard to read and unnecessary, both your Kerning and baseline grid is not well harmonised.
Can’t make payment
Your app is constantly having issues in the payment section, it’s been nothing but annoyingly inconvenient!

Payment via app
The app doesn’t allow change of eGiro nor are we able make payments. It keeps promoting that it is not available. What’s worse, the website doesn’t have these functions and refers the customer to the app. It’s been over 2 months and it’s still not fixed. The call centre doesn’t know why either.

I havent been able to get into the app since 2 months back. Its been crashing from the loading page. I had to access all info via the webpage instead.

Old but gold
GE used to be very outdated but in recent years I see a lot of improvements in your systems and the app your agents used to do up our policy applications. appreciate this because many other insurers don’t even have apps/have bad access system. Keep it up!
