Very bad experience

A call centre guy don’t have a Manners. he is very rude and bad attitude. every time i book texi it’s coming let and speak bed words. i book texi on hour before it’s not coming after this i cancel the texi and i decided to never use texi after this and I’ll also tell my all the friends and family members to don’t use the texi.

Avoid!

Driver charged me £10 more than the price the app gave me and then blamed me for taking him the wrong way when I didn’t give any directions at all he purposely went a longer route to charge more not happy!
