I wish I can give 0 stars this is the worse app I’ve had they never on time the driver accepts ur trip but stays parked for 15 min then he’ll set off . And this is the 4th day they send me a van with 1 chair inside to drop me off to work and if u try talking to the base about them slaking they talk to me like they gang members not a taxi drivers

Too Slow App
The App is too slow. I have to wait for so long to get to know about the car details which was picking me up. And then, when the captain was near to drop me, the app shows that your captain is here. My experience wasn’t good. I don’t like the App speed. Its too slow and glitchy.

Try ripping me off
I got £30 out the bank machine to pay for a taxi once I was taken to where i was ment to go I gave the driver £30 and I should of got £8 change as my ride was £22 the driver told me I gave him a £20 and a £5 had to argue with him saying he’s wrong as I got £30 out of the machine last night
