Too Slow App
The App is too slow. I have to wait for so long to get to know about the car details which was picking me up. And then, when the captain was near to drop me, the app shows that your captain is here. My experience wasn’t good. I don’t like the App speed. Its too slow and glitchy.
Try ripping me off
I got £30 out the bank machine to pay for a taxi once I was taken to where i was ment to go I gave the driver £30 and I should of got £8 change as my ride was £22 the driver told me I gave him a £20 and a £5 had to argue with him saying he’s wrong as I got £30 out of the machine last night

Poor management team.
I use to book taxi to pick & drop my kids to school. Yours services are so pathetic & such a poor management that despite of making pre-bookings, taxis are not usually on time.
Just because of late dispatch, my kids get late from school three times in just 3 weeks.
Such a horrible situation for we parents.
Today, I booked taxi for 8’o clock and got dispatch details at 8:45am.. what a poor system is this????
Moreover, I want to make complain against operaters as well, they are supposed to tell the exact waiting time, so the client can decide there plan of journey accordingly.
Today I called them thrice, every time they told me 5-10 minutes, but they lied. Ultimately, as a last resort, I had to walk from my home to school in rush, it took me 35 minutes, but still we got late & school gates closed. I would make your team responsible for my kids being late.
Just because of late dispatch, my kids get late from school three times in just 3 weeks.

No card machines but r requested on
When ordering a taxi to pay by card then drivers turning up without a card machine its was time money when ordering a taxi make sure you send out taxi with paying card machines
I don’t know how 4£ estimate fee will end up at 5.50£

The driver was a fraud. He charged me 8:20 while the fare says 7:20. He switched off the meter before he got to my house.

One of the worst taxi services in Bradford, the operators are so so rude and have no manners at all! Would avoid use ace budget or leap instead!
Unreliable service
Unreliable service, the cab drivers cancel whenever they want after making you wait for a long time and their customer service is non existent and very rude. Don’t waste your time or your money on this company. You’re better off walking to your destination.
Fraudulent Drivers
Girlington Drivers are fraudulent, they pick up trips and ends it without picking passengers up. Thereby taking money from your bank account because the I’m always on postpaid. It has happened to me 3-times and the management were at their side when I reported. I spoke to few friends about it and they testified that they have experienced the same before they stopped using them. This company should be reported ASAP

If it was possible to give leas than a star I would, I was spoken rudely to and was charged from my account despite that the driver canceled on me . I’d not advise anyone to work with them

I wasn’t expecting much in the first place. The app doesn’t send a validation code so I can’t sign up. The website gets even better, the validation code is sent but there’s nowhere to input it !

Ordered at 9:00am for 1:00pm car arrived 15 minutes late missed a dental appointment now I have been kicked off my dentist list so now I will have to find another dentist that’s almost impossible in Bradford. What an absolute waste of time. Thanks a bunch girlington all over to say I’m upset is an massive understatement.
