Easy and quick
I really enjoy sending staff recognitions for a job well done. This app makes it so easy now. If I see someone going out of their way I can simply pull out my phone and send a recognition in real time instead of having to wait till I go back to my desk, by that time I get busy and forget to send it. Thank you for this wonderful app!

Catalog doesn’t work anymore
Worked great for a year, now the catalog goes to a browser thing and then just doesn’t show anything; now nothing can be done on this app and it’s pointless. I’ve reinstalled over and over and updated the OS. It’s on their end to fix this

Not able to redeem points
Up until about 2 months ago I was able to redeem my points through the app on my personal device at home until they did a update now I am no longer able to do so when I try it sends me to a page saying it’s redirecting me to the home page and stays there.
Never works
This app never works. It just constantly says it need an update but there is never an actual update that loads or works.
Functionality decent, product pics inadequate
The functionality of the app is decent. Not all things available when sending ecards, like the option to choose notify when ecard opened. When choosing products, do not like only having one view of a product. Need multiple pictures to show different views. No ability in the app to see just the bookmarked items. No choice in filters to just filter on gift cards.

Good app, some product mislabeling
Overall I like the app. I did recently order what was clearly labeled the VIVITAR Skyhawk Foldable GPS drone and after receiving it, it was not what it appeared to be in the photo. Not to terribly disappointed with the product itself, after doing some digging online I found it is actually the Air View Foldable Drone, it meets the expectations of that drone. It’s no Skyhawk, but a decent drone. Only recommendation to move forward, do your product research and label it correctly please. 😉

Not able to fetch catalog or redeem points
While clicking catalog or redeem points it is not navigating correctly
The catalog never works
This app is great for recognition, but terrible for redeeming rewards. Almost every single time I try to use the catalog to redeem points it doesn’t work. Just loads on a screen that says “redirecting to home page” indefinitely
Can’t redeem gift card
I try to redeem my points and for some reason another window pops up and says that it is redirecting me to home page but never does.
Instabil
Leider läuft die App sehr instabil. Wichtige Funktionen sind plötzlich nicht verfügbar. Bei mir funktioniert zB die Auswahl von Prämien und die Punkteanzeige nicht mehr. Das macht die App relativ sinnlos
