Persistent Technical Problems
Ongoing problems logging into the app using the same login information as the website. No response from staff at the Parkway Community Y to help resolve this after numerous emails and phone calls.
Add dependents barcodes!
Use the app most for the barcode. For family plan holders you could add the option to have your kids barcodes accessible through the swap. Having to carry the physical ones is annoying. Thanks!
App failure
This app does not work to register for group exercise classes. The “Register” icon does not appear so I can not register for a class. Y needs to install a functional sign-up system because this app is not it.
Hard to navigate
I most often use the app to check pool schedules, but just to get to the schedules you have to tap pool schedules once, scroll down, tap YMCA Pool Schedules again, and finally tap on the correct Y on s tiny popup window that was clearly designed for the desktop site.

Can we switch to a better app?
Very frustrating unfriendly app. I just wonder if we can change a new one to use. Now I am locked out of the app. Waste of time.
Poor change
The two things i use the app for is to sign in to the gym and to sign for classes. For no reason they changed the class sign up view to show you the current day only. You need to click forward day by day to see schedules. sign up is 3 days in advance for classes. So if you want to sign up, we need to click forward three days always. It’s also excruciatingly painful to look forward in the calendar. If i want to check out classes in the following week or month… it’s brutal. Hope they change it back.
