Folks - I just discovered I’ve been charged for this app for over a year. I should have paid better attention, but the last email I received from this scam of an app was in 2024. No email communication or warning that I would be charged. They quietly take your money. I had long deleted the app and never used it. I was charged today and want to cancel. Ugh. Help!!! Skip this app, folks.

Unfair practice
I canceled my membership in September. I kept getting charged and notice 3 months later. Did not give a refund.

Do not buy this
This is a predatory business model. They market to people who are neurodivergent and notoriously forgetful. Then the notifications stop showing up, so we fail to complete the program (there goes the only way to get the refund if it doesn’t work). Then they don’t provide any reminders that they’ll be charging you again, so you get charged a renewal fee a year later with no recourse because “terms and conditions”.

Hidden subscription
I keep on top of all my Apple subscriptions. Greatness purposely hides its subscription so you can’t see its active, doesn’t notify you when it’s due and so just take the money without authorisation. Nothing very ‘Great’ about that. AVOID.
Scam
They clear your data when you are about to qualify for a rebate, ghost you when you reach out. And charge you after you have already cancelled, won’t give you a refund even when it’s their mistake
No Greatness
Stay clear -This company took my money and would not help me with my login. A year later they attempted to charge me again. When I emailed them to cancel and actually hit a response they kept saying they want to provide great customer service BUT refused a refund despite an emailing string showing I tried to get my issue resolved as year ago. They say they want greatness but it is far from great.

And I like it but it’s kinda hard to stay on track when never get notifications nor can I turn them on when prompted. It’s giving me an error message that I can’t even read because it pops up behind another pop up in the app. AND the app doesn’t even show up in my settings under Notifications when I try to turn it on that way. Not very effective in trying to track and stay accountable with behavior modification if I’m never getting notifications to remind me.

I like the platform. It speaks to you like an adult, not childlike. The content is very informative and visually pleasing. There seems to be a problem with turning on notifications. Also the add custom routine is not functioning properly. I have committed to the yearly paid

There seems to be no way to cancel this app- you keep getting charged $66 monthly even though you keep trying to find ways to cancel- it doesn’t seem to exist

I signed up for this app a year ago, and maybe used it for a few weeks, but it wasn’t really helpful.
I stopped using it and forgot that I even signed up (had to use a credit card instead of go through my Apple account). So, I didn’t realize that after a year they would charge my card again without even notifying me. Can’t say I’m surprised because they bank on people forgetting they signed up.
Oh, and you have to cancel 48 hours before the end of your subscription or you’re on the hook for another year. Keep that in mind.

No Renewal Warnings and No Refunds
I purchased this app last year in hopes of assisting with my resolutions, but I only used it a handful of times and didn’t find it useful so I forgot about it. I was just charged for another year without any warning, and when I immediately cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund, I was denied. Apparently I was warned in the initial terms and conditions when the renewals would be occurring, but I believe that is insufficient. Most platforms provide a warning email of upcoming subscription renewals so you have the opportunity to cancel, and if they don’t, they understand that people forget and will issue a refund without issue. It is clear Greatness uses this loophole to swindle people of their money and I think it’s unacceptable – you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Despite cancelling the autosubscription in my Apple apps I got charged £54 again without hearing a single word from them in a year yesterday - obviously a user error in there somewhere, but the fact they’ve not communicated in any way before taking the money is wrong to me. I mean, UK Gov communicates better 😂
Paid £108 for two years of what is less than the reminders app. If anyone knows of a way of gifting and wants to try it I’m happy to give you mine
