Wrong formatting and zero customer support
The outcome of the photo had the wrong format, and when I contacted their support, they never responded. There are much better apps to use.

If you used the official government photo tool and saw an error message such as “no need to crop,” don’t worry — that simply means your photo already meets the required specifications. Please rest assured that your photo format is 100% compliant. Additionally, we respond to all customer requests within 24 hours.

They simply deducted the money even though the photos processed by them didn’t pass on the official government website. They refused to refund the money. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.”

1. We didn't refuse to refund. 2. The website you used is a crop tool, not a validation tool. The tool was simply telling your photo is good, not crop needed. The US government has addressed the issue this year.
