Glitchy/ Ads
App can be pretty glitchy. I also think it is remarkably cheesy that they have ads in their app? Literally they advertise draft kings to you while you try to buy a salad. Very dumb decision makes me much less likely to use
Good app, continue to improve
I like that the continue to improve this app, like the upgrade to make substitutions easier. It’s a little slow to respond but makes ordering pretty easy.
App is impossible to use
I tried over and over to order food and pay this establishment, only for it to repeatedly tell me I have an account associated with my phone number. I dont want rewards, plus I tried to reset that password umpteen times to no avail, you would confirm it would be correct and then when I try to login it says incorrect. I tried everything. I just wanted to pay you all for a salad, but instead I took my business to Vinaigrette who was very happy to serve and process my order on their app! Never eating here again! Yes it was that bad!!!

Good food! Bad online order experience.
I created a large order. Everyone was hungry. Tried paying and the site wouldn’t let us because it said “I have an account, please sign in.” It all went downhill from there. We just chose another place out of frustration.
Apple ID login still broken
Anytime I try to login with Apple ID (which is how I created the account) I get the error “foreign auth failed”
I exchanged emails with GD several weeks ago and they said it was fixed but it clearly is not. So I have no way to access my account.
I can’t even make a new account because it won’t accept my phone number or email as it “already exists.”

App Inaccessible with VoiceOver Screen Reader
This app does not work using the VoiceOver Screen Reader. It does not announce items and appears to be a blank screen to the screen reader.

Every time I go to order through the app and I get to checkout it just consistently tells me something has been updated with my order and I don’t even add or change anything and then try to charge more on top of that even made sure there is no updates for the app and restarted it and everything
New update won’t allow purchase
New update to app is not as user friendly as before. Also would not allow be to make a purchase after getting to the purchase screen.

I love going here, the staff is the BEST! The food is AWESOME! Always a GREAT experience!
Can’t login, can’t order
App says I have to log in to order, but when I enter my login (even after resetting my password), it keeps telling me “an account with that phone number already exists.” I know, it’s my account, you just won’t let me in.

I have been a fan since 1st coming into the restaurant in The Highlands. Everyone is always so polite and courteous. Besides introducing me to my new favorite salad (Tequilla Mockingbird), the vibe check is awesome here! I don’t think I want a salad from anywhere else now!

The St Matthews Green District is the best all around! The manager Ricky James does a phenomenal job taking care of customers! Our salads are always just as we order super fresh and chopped extra. The blueberry dressing is better than any other. It is not too oily like most and taste fresh. We drive 40 miles just to get some of these delicious salads

I love the option to build my own salad. They help you though the process and Ricky the manager is extremely courteous and is always smiling. Whenever I eat in the area I eat here.
