Worst Credentialing Ever
Nobody answers phones… and after 20 minutes on hold they hang up on you… They offer call backs but they go straight to your voicemail… they approved a credential to the wrong facility and will only change it if I pay ‘expedite’ fees. Zero credibility

Unbelievable, the amount they charge just to allow us to do our jobs. We need to get all these up to date vaccines, when the hospital staff is not even required to have them. The amount of hoops we have to jump through is crazy.

If I could give this app negative stars I would. Aside from the obvious that this is such a money grab for everyone who is FORCED to utilize it, it sure would be nice if it worked even remotely regularly or at all. Complete garbage.

This is total garbage. There’s no way this company funds this app for a better user experience. The app is slow, responds poorly and takes far more time with submissions than it should.

What a joke‼️
Most fender credentialing agencies take 2 to 3 days to upload your credentials, but not with Green Security. They tell you it takes 2 to 5 days and they wait till the last hour of the fifth day so that they can charge you their “hurry up“ fees of $150. This company shows lack of integrity and professionalism. They don’t apologize for this. Any hospital wanting to go with this agency should think twice about how this company impacts the ability for us to work effectively with them.

WORST CREDENTIALING SERVICE
This is by far the worst credentialing service. Straight up money grab. Extra $30 dollars for expedited credentialing when you forms sit in there Que for 5 days. Then you call for your physical badge and you need to pay extra for that and then they try and up charge you on it for fast shipping. This app should be banned. No wonder they have basically 0 stars. F- GRADE! Customer support was not helpful at all!

Scam vendor credentialing service
This is complete and total scam. Green security will rip you off and upgrade your account without permission. When time comes for renewal they will auto bill you and steal your money and not provide any refunds. Terrible company and they know it
Exploitative and predatory business
The title says it all. Top that off with poor and condescending customer service. This business is the most scam of all of the credentialing services which says a lot. Extremely expensive and they upsell at every chance they themselves create. I trust they will not grow and take new clients as the facilities see how horrible of reviews this company has, for good reason.

Abysmal !
Tried using the app to complete vendor credentialing, but I can’t get to buttons I need because of the pop up banner (that has no way to close) keeps wanting me to pay MORE MONEY to expedite my request. Green and other vendor cred are gate keepers for me to do my job, which is being in front of my customers in Hospitals 5 days a week. This borders on blackmail. I reached out to help desk about this and their response 2 days later was…use the website, we are still working on the app. How about expedite fixing your app?

Customer service does not reply to requests or inquiries. They take over 5 business days to approve anything and that is if you can ever get a response.

This app is absolute garbage. I can never access and the screens are impossible to work with just to sign in! Please fix your app, as we pay way too much for this garbage.
Bad App and Poor Customer Service
The app is awful. It will not let you log in without putting user and password. Customer service for the company is poor. For $330 a year you should be able to upload files for credentials much easier.
