Me. Only possible to terminate from the app. Although I contacted support they said they terminated I found it it was still active. So finally I deleted my account and hopefully its over now.

Registration in failed status since weeks, canât use app for rent a car

I can never lock it with the trash app despite very good internet conmection

Completely useless, provided my card and id, said it was verified but my profile still showed up as incomplete.
App crashing when trying to add bank card
I registered yesterday as Iâm going to travel to Hungary next week, and the app keeps crashing when Iâm trying to add my card. I tried with multiple different cards, and I tried using another iPhone, but still unable to add my card.
Waste of money
Be attentive to their rules. They will charge you even when you donât use their service.

It brought me to a wrong address 2 times in 2 weeks. They keep promising everything, but nothing really changes. Sometimes it works properly.

Comfortable easy car renting, helpfull and responsive support, clean cars, with perfect dimensions for parking in the city. Price is affordable and fair.
Charged without any reason
I downloaded and registered to the app in case I needed it. I realised that I was paying them a monthly fee (I missed the first mail with the invoice of September or I would have cancelled it even earlier. for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Never used the app and now for sure I never will. Scammy behaviour

Problems with registration
I canât even find my code of Country. Thereâs no country names near codes, and itâs hard to find your. I tried to tap on 2 codes, but theyâre not working

The cars & the service are great for running around in the city and the app works fine as well for me.
The rare issues i encountered have been promptly solved by customer support, and they are always keen to help whenever i contact them.

Why allow international phone numbers?
During the registration process you can select every single country as an area code.
Why?
I wanted to use USA (+1) and all options Iâve tried returned: CONFIRMATION_SMS_ERROR
I guess internationals are not welcome to the âfamilyâ for sharing carsâŠ
