I purchased the products mentioned and submitted my receipt. They rejected my claim and didn’t respond to any of my messages

Slow acceptance

I’ve had this app from when they started. About 10 years ago
For the last two months it’s taking up to a week to process claims. Majority used to be instant. Also I get claims rejected for clarity of receipt now. I know how to do it. Upload a very similar picture then gets accepted. I hope they sort things out as I’m thinking of closing my account.
Things have now got worse. I have messaged gj but no replies. I’m still uploading perfectly clear WHOLE receipts. They are still getting rejected.
