Absolute garbage
Doesn’t connect to any of the machines or batteries, misleading errors, doesn’t perform as promised. Borderline scam, this app was promoted as a device management feature. Would have bought the brand with the working app instead.
Won’t connect to my battery
I can see the battery when in pairing mode but when I try to actually connect to it I get an error. Support said it was because of my cell network since I’m not on one of the “big four” carriers. I’ve never had any issues with any other app before, so that seems strange to me.
Support only for Europe; links to manuals don’t work
Supposedly for use with my Greenworks commercial riding lawnmower. Looks to be an English language App and all indications point to use by USA customers. But, support requested go to Greenworks Europe, and links to manuals are all broken. Error codes are all “unknown”. Not very useful.
Terrible Experience
This app is incredibly frustrating. It’s slow to load, crashes before I can get anything done, and the GPS defaults to the USA—even though I’m in Australia. Totally unusable in its current state. Needs serious fixes.

Agree with the other review: it’s pretty straightforward. Log in with a username and password, then get a time out error when attempting to register a machine.

Pretty straightforward… create an account, then never be able to login because of an unspecified server error.
