Scheduling Feature Request

I’ve been very happy with my Kress mower, but I’d like to suggest an enhancement to the scheduling capabilities.

My local water provider recommends odd/even day watering based on house number to reduce peak demand. To stay aligned with those recommendations, my irrigation controller schedules watering using repeating intervals rather than fixed weekdays. For example, each group of zones runs every six days, with the groups offset from one another. This keeps the irrigation schedule aligned automatically without requiring ongoing manual adjustments.

The Kress scheduler, however, is based on fixed days of the week. Because of that, the mowing schedule gradually drifts out of sync with the irrigation schedule, and the mower occasionally runs while sprinklers are operating.

It would be very helpful if the app supported interval-based scheduling, such as “every N days” with a configurable start date. That would allow the mower to stay synchronized with irrigation schedules that follow repeating intervals instead of calendar weekdays.

I suspect this would benefit many customers, especially in areas where water conservation guidelines or regulations require odd/even day watering or other interval-based irrigation schedules.

Thank you for considering this feature request.

Not great

This app kinda sucks bad in areas of connectivity . I think it’s set up fine and navigable but there are annoying issues. Like when you’re mapping you’re constantly having to get out of the app and reconnect your mapping device . It either doesn’t save , or just completely disconnects all together . Developers should do add a feature for overnight mowing instead of having to schedule two different days of mowing . I never used the old app but my dealer has told me the other app was better .

Work in progress

The Kress Fleet app for the my KR233 & KR236 mowers has come a long way, but a few persistent issues are still frustrating — especially when managing large, irregular areas.
When you open the Schedule tab, it should default to the current day instead of requiring manual selection every time.
Zone mapping and division remains a constant problem. Large, irregular areas often trigger map errors when dividing them into manageable zones. It can take 20–30 attempts to get a map accepted, and the app gives no explanation for why a particular division fails. Clearer error messaging and more reliable validation would save a huge amount of time.
RTK signal performance is another weak spot in my area. The mowers frequently wander outside the boundaries and shut down after about 20 minutes. Kress should incorporate a recovery feature that many competitors already offer: the ability to draw a temporary “return path” or wandering route directly in the app to guide the mower back to a valid working boundary.
My biggest issue, however, is the inability to run the mowers past 11:45 PM. It appears that at the midnight day changeover, the mowers lose their sense of direction and begin wandering outside the boundaries. As a result, I cannot schedule any mowing between 11:45 PM and 12:15 AM. Fixing this overnight rollover behavior would make a significant difference for maximizing productivity.
