Fast virtual mailroom solution
We use Greetly to let employees know when mail and packages have arrived for them. The built in automatic label reader makes the process of checking in mail faster than the other apps I tested.
Excellent mail and package software
We started using Greetly Digital Mailroom alongside Greetly's visitor management solution. Both have been major time savers for our office. This mailroom app allows us to simultaneously document deliveries we receive while notifying the right employee or their admin assistant. You can also indicate when a package has been retrieved. Not only is this more efficient for the support staff but also executives who used to call asking about whether important deliveries have arrived - now they know they'll be notified as soon as we recive it.
