Inconsistent Tesla Connections
App was purchased on a 1 year plan to manage powerwall 2 peak/off peak configuration. It worked correctly less than 50% of the time due to constantly dropping Tesla connections. Following all their guidance to resolve this made no difference. The Gridgetter app would say it can’t connect
to Tesla servers but the official Tesla app connected fine.

Thanks for the feedback, Darrell. You're right that the app was pushing you to reconnect to Tesla far more than it should have. We tracked it down to a bug in how we checked your Tesla connection (it misread Tesla's normal token renewal as a dropout) and the fix is on its way out. Your automations were running through most of it, and I'd like to make the rest right. I sent you an email, and I'll be happy to take care of this personally.
