Worst Company- Wasted my 2 Hours

I ordered jumbo bucket for my guests using grillo website. After 2 hours of waiting when i contacted them to trace my order they surprised me by saying there is no order. The order prove i have received from them on my email showing order in kitchen and cooking but never progressed post cooking. All thumbs down!

They Block Your Account After 1st use

Worst mobile app ever experienced. It does not let you log in back to your existing account and cannot even let you create new one. Store people do not care about complaints!

Besides the app being horrible. The worst thing when creating an account and when putting thr OPT that iv received on my phone it says “sorry something went wrong “ absolutely horrible app. Changes needs to be done asap
