I'm Kal went into grind smith in media city one time and not even 2 mins in there's so bald mixed girl smiling at me gee her name is even got her number and went on a walk with her she mixed work with pleasure how unprofessional and also smokes weed don't have a clue how she is working there grind smith please hire ppl that acc want to work

Awful

I ordered two coffees and two bacon sandwiches. I was told to wait outside despite the restaurant being empty (the restaurant is now open to the public again) and me having a new born baby. After a 20 minute wait I enquired as to why I was still waiting after seeing 3 Deliveroo drivers go in and be given orders. I was told my order would be 5 minutes more. I waited a total of 45 minutes before I went back in and requested a refund as my baby was getting cold and was now crying and due a feed. I was told I would be refunded, no apology was offered. Ridiculous and uncaring company. I will not return.

It’s an amazing app that has made my life so much easier!
