Inaccurate Reads

Cool idea and would be interested in trying out in the future, but consistently got inaccurate readings from the camera and no way to manually input the correct values. Once you go through the app, there's no way to "start over". App looks nice, but doesn't function correctly / good ui, bad ux.

Doesn’t ever show the camera

Stuck at 0% and tells me to put my hand 12-15 inches from the camera but the camera never loads nor do I get a pop up asking for camera permissions.

This specific issue typically occurs if you are using a device that doesn't have FaceID/TrueDepth camera capabilities (like an iPhone SE), which our app requires to capture accurate measurements. If your device does have FaceID, please try going to your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, and make sure Gripscript has permission to access the camera. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us at support@gripscript.ai
