What's New in Grit and Grace
1.3
September 2, 2026
What's New — a simpler road "Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us." (Hebrews 12:1) This release is our biggest redesign yet. We stripped away the noise so your daily walk is easier to see and easier to run. A brand new navigation Four tabs, one purpose each: • Home — today at a glance: streak, calories, water, weight, meals, workout, and quick logs. • Nutrition — every meal-related tool in one place: scan, log, plan, filter, and set your macro targets. • Fitness — log workouts, view your entire workout plan library, and track your history. • Profile — settings, subscription, and coach preferences. A coach who walks with you everywhere A floating gold coach button now lives on every screen (except Profile). One tap opens a conversation with your coach — no menus, no digging. Meet Coach Grace and Coach Grit We simplified five coach personalities down to two clear voices: • Coach Grace — gentle, encouraging, celebrating every win. • Coach Grit — intense, no-excuses accountability. Toggle Faith Mode on either one to weave scripture and biblical encouragement into your conversations. Workout plans that don't get lost Your AI-generated workout plans now live in a real library inside the Fitness tab. Your coach knows which plan you're on, which week you're in, and can check in on how it's going. Every plan card has an "Ask Coach" shortcut. Nutrition, reimagined The new Nutrition tab shows a live Calories In / Out / Target card, protein/carbs/fat progress bars, and a Set Targets editor — right where you're doing the work. A cleaner Home One primary action (Log Meal), a Review pill for today's daily score, and quick access to Progress and Health. Everything else lives one tap away in the right tab. Quality-of-life fixes • Dedicated weight logging screen from the Home button — no more detours. • Fixed the "log-weight-again-and-again" loop in Daily Review. • Daily Review now waits kindly for your first log before showing a score. • A refreshed navigation tour, opened any time from the Home help button (or hide it in Profile if you'd rather). "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." (Colossians 3:23) Keep showing up. We'll keep walking with you.
