You will find a beautiful layout and and Incredible guided meditations for children and grownups! You will love the voices and the kindness of this audios. They are amazing daily tools. “Overwhelmed” and “calm” are some of my favs. The best of all is free of ads !

Beautiful and user (kiddo) friendly
My daughter just came to see me after using the app for a meditation break. She greeted me with the most contented, blissful sigh and said, “That was so good! I feel so great!” My daughter is 8. Thanks for creating such a user friendly, powerfully peaceful app - we are LOVING it!
Asleep in 20 minutes!!
Our daughter has been having a lot of trouble falling asleep for the past couple of weeks. It was taking her an hour or more to get to sleep. Played the kids sleep recording and 20 minutes later.....fast asleep!!!
