Difficult to connect
This is my second Grizzlies-e charger but the first one that I’m trying to use the app. I have no doubt that the charger will work just as well as the one in my prior house but this one does not want to connect to the internet. I see nowhere to get tech support. I’m spending way too much time trying to set this up.

App is useless
Charger is okay but with no app connection and no customer support, it’s pretty tough to recommend the product
No support option
The app works pretty well, but there’s no option in the app to seek support from them. Recently had my charger tell me my amp limit was 12a, and i know it was set to 40. I ended up rebooting and it’s set to 40, i got no notification of the lower amp setting. That almost screwed me over on my morning errands

Works great
Upgrades, firmware upgrades and remote access to the console works great. I’m able to change the Amperage and the necessary settings. Can’t complain 6 months in.
Grizzl-E Is The Way To Go
I’ve been using this charger for over a year now and after an initial range problem, I contacted the company and they worked through it with me and after receiving an extender, I’ve had no more problems. I have it programmed to come on during the night, usually about once a week, and it’s worked every time!
