Great store. App, not so much
App became too nosey with tracking cookies and hiding features - unless you open the front door to your personal data. Meh. Savings not worth the privacy invasion. Will keep shopping the old school way. Maybe I’ll get a few discounts sent to my inbox from time to time. Deleted.
Great store terrible app
Great store, terrible app. Please update your weekly ad section. It never loads no matter where I am, home Wi-Fi, out and about any network it never works. Rarely if ever. Other than that, please update your inventory daily. Inventory is always inaccurate / not synced.

Horrible app
This is the worst grocery store app ever. Type in beef and you get 6 items. Type in frozen and half of what’s in the store is missing. Go to the store and the items you cannot find on the app are sitting on the shelves. It’s ridiculous. Do better. Honestly the most aggravating grocery store app. Have no idea why so many give it great reviews.

No weekly ad

I shop from a list made from a grocer’s weekly advertised sales. Using iOS 26 and several different browsers, neither the app nor the website is able to display the weekly ad for Grocery Outlet. This makes shopping at grocery outlet pointless. Delete and move on.

No weekly ads
So when I first used the App, I went to check for the first time their weekly ad, it asked me what cookies I wanted, I told it to block all cookies as I do not want this app to track me, so the weekly ad page is blank.
Great job on ensuring that I will never shop at your stores since I cannot even get a basic weekly ad from your app.

It’s ok
It’s nice to have the app, but it definitely needs work. Weekly ad is not working, not enough deals and coupons, and no loyalty system like Safeway.
App support needed
The coupons in the app haven’t been losing for months now and the app support button here doesn’t take you to the right place to report an issue.
Forces you to update
So you’re standing there in line, you open the app, and it completely locks you out until you update. While everyone is waiting. Good luck if you don’t have a fast connection.
Worst app-OUTDATED
Made an account online, saved the password to my password wallet (Apple phone) got the app and said password is wrong. Changed password to something really easy I could type in-saved it and still says incorrect.
Data grab
The app doesn’t offer any sales or information. In fact, the closest store listed for me doesn’t even exist! It took all my data, address, phone number and email. For what? To sell to 3rd parties…. I got nothing in return, not even a sales sheet. Nothing.

Get Rid of Wow Insider Hidden Deals
I sometimes open the app to browse what’s currently available at my local GO store. The hidden Wow Insider listings are beyond annoying and just make me close the app faster. One would think the store would want people to see what products they are selling, not hiding them. I would be more inclined to drive to the store if I saw something that interests me but not that gas is so expensive I am very selective of where I drive. So, GO, you want to _hide_ your deals from your customers? Okay, then expect fewer people to shop at your store.

Weekly sale ad not working!!
It’s been few weeks since the weekly sale ad does not appear. Asked the staff at store. Did not know . Changed the location to see if other location sale ad would appear. I like to know what’s on sale before driving to the store !

It’s always an adventure to shop in the Rehoboth store. It’s very clean and nicely organized. The associates are eager to help and pleasant. You never know what you will find on the shelves. Always something new and different. The quality of their merchandise is above average. Again, like I said , it’s an adventure!

Part of it loaded at first and then no more loads after app restarts.

I don’t want to have an experience; I want to order groceries
I didn’t download this to still have sale items hidden from me, and I don’t want to play games with your app to plan my trip. Trying to see what you offer before I get there just doubles the time I waste on actually acquiring the groceries. It’s not a convenience; it’s just a way to be tracked.
Worthless company
The incompetent CEO didn’t even have the decency to resign after completely fumbling the stores that opened in NE Ohio last year and forcing tons of employees and customers out onto the street. Don’t work for these people, don’t give them your data to sell. The entire C suite for this company is corrupt to the core and makes a living off of tax fraud and opening/closing stores with less than 90 days notice.
