No Support
I have Groot service but my address, my whole town, is missing from the app. Submitting a support request results in an email that says they have received my request and will follow up” as soon as possible”. It includes a ticket number, and says: In the meantime, please do not reply to this email or complete another form for the same request.
Our regular office hours are – 8:00 pm ET (6:30 am – 5:00 pm PT) and we’re closed on Canadian and US public holidays”
But there has been no response for over a month, and the email has no phone number or office address. What good are office hours if you can access them? I don’t think they actually have a customer service department.
Update - there has been no response for over a year. My address and town still have not been added to the app.

Can you please send your full address, including house number, street name, and the name of the city in which you live to support@routeware.com and include the name of the app that you are using in the email? I use it mainly to see if pickup is happening on a holiday but also what types of garbage and recycling are allowed
