Ground is the driver app of the Ground delivery operations platform, built for one-person courier businesses and dispatch teams alike. • Build today's route in one tap from every open shipment, in road-optimised order. • Structured vehicle loading: tick each package as it enters the van and see what is still at the warehouse. • Waze / Google Maps navigation, one-tap calling and WhatsApp to the recipient. • Full entry details: floor, apartment, entrance, gate code and recipient notes. • Proof of delivery with on-screen signature, photo, door drop and cash-on-delivery collection. • Field updates (contacted, no answer, rescheduled) with audience control. • Live ETAs from your position and late-risk alerts. • Works offline: deliveries and updates are stored on the device and synced automatically. • Daily summary: deliveries, failures and cash collected by payment method. Background location is collected while the driver is signed in for a shift, to compute ETAs and share progress with dispatch; signing out stops it. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
