Probably one of the worst, if not THE WORST delivery app there is.
I’ve had to deal with Groundfloor lockers now for a couple years and I must say how they’ve flipped the switch. They used to be far superior to all the other lockers, especially with their app, but now they’re just going backwards and slowly getting worse and worse.
The app is ridiculously slow, sometimes not even loading addresses or being stuck on the same “delivery page” until you reboot the app.
The UI is lacking, I mean as a delivery driver, we want to be quick and efficient. This app forces us to be anything but that. We don’t have to say we’re delivering a parcel after each successful delivery, obviously we’re going to be still delivering so just remove that page entirely.
I’ve actually started just calling the phone number of each customer rather than use the lockers because they’re that slow.
Please, please fix this and I might actually start telling receptions to put your lockers into their buildings rather than a competitors lockers.
