Consistent and Reliable
I have been using Groundwire for years and it has consistently worked for me for work calls domestically and overseas. At times, the quality of the phone calls are not as crisp as I would like. I have tried other apps but always come back to Groudwire

通話切れない
音質が良く、通話中も途切れにくくて安心して使えています。操作もシンプルでわかりやすく、初めてでも迷わず使えるのが良かったです。全体的に安定していて、とても使いやすい電話アプリだと思います。

複数チャンネル使用時
未登録番号の場合には、どの番号に掛かってきたは分かりますが、電話帳に登録している番号に関しては、どの番号に掛けてきているのか判別が出来ないので、非常に不便。

仕事で3台利用していますが仕事で使うにはギリギリのレベルかな？
設定が急に外れたり着信がならなかったりアプリを開いて画面を開かないと着信が来なかったり会話が終了してから他のアプリが入っているスマホが鳴ったり…
古い端末だと容量が足りなくて起きてる可能性もあるのかも知れませんが…
その度にアプリを削除再設定
他の一般電話番号用アプリもこんなものなのかもしれませんが…

Awesome Soft Phone, Awesome Support
I like everything about the GroundWire softphone app, I’m a true power user and use just about every feature, auto provision, web push, fetch, media upload of messages, etc. everything works great!

User Busy issue !!
I purchased Groundwire based on its highly favourable online reviews, but my experience has been disappointing.
The app initially works correctly alongside other registered handsets and SIP devices. However, after a period ranging from a few minutes to several hours, it causes the entire system to report “User Busy”, preventing incoming calls from reaching any parallel devices or accounts.
The issue immediately disappears when I remove the account from Groundwire, and all other devices begin receiving calls again. Re-adding the account restores normal operation temporarily, but the problem eventually returns.
For a business phone system, this level of instability is unacceptable. Missed calls can result in lost business opportunities and poor customer experience. Based on my experience, the application is unreliable and has proven to be a waste of money.
Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max
iOS Version: 26.4.2

Not had much luck in the past with VOIP SIP apps, all sorts of problems, unstable, battery killers bla bla. But this one works great, way better than expected. Thanks so much to the developers.

Works great with a home lab
I’m using this with an asterisk system at home and it works great. The local push option saves on battery over the other sip phones I’ve used. Highly recommend.

Vor kurzem nun ein Bug bei mir. Nachdem ich dem Support-Team das Debug-Log geschickt hatte, kam etwa eine Woche später ein Update, das das Problem behoben hat. Ich bin echt begeistert.

J’appelle et les gens ne m’entendent pas, certains textos ne rentrent pas donc très insatisfait de cette application.
Where has this been all my life?
I run the Roblox group Moderley and we’ve always used VoIP to support our worldwide team. Most of us have desk phones at home, usually Ciscos, connected to our freepbx server. All these years I had never found a decent iOS app for taking sip calls. All the ones I had tried go to sleep causing you to miss calls or require some subscription or want you to sign up for another VoIP service. Groundwire is simply next level. For a one time fee you finally get a sip client that works perfectly and uses push notifications properly to ensure you never miss a call. I am always recommending Groundwire to my employees for taking calls on the go, to the point where one has joked that my second job is Groundwire sales. It’s just that I spent my whole life working around terrible sip clients due to iOS limitations and then Groundwire comes along and solves it all for a small fee. 100% would recommend, as long as you’ve got your provider and credentials ready you can connect it right away. :)

So far so good
It was a little bit hard to setup as VoIPcloud not in the provider list, wasn’t sure if I needed to use TLS(SIP) or TLS(SIPS), anyway after a bit of trial and error I eventually got it to work. Seems reliable, I like that it stores credentials server side and sends push notifications so it even calls when the app is closed, which is something Linphone doesn’t do. Seems reliable so far, will update my review if it fails me.

Terrible
I have to use this for work and it’s unavailable more than it’s available. It cuts me off mid phone call as well. If I didn’t have to use it for work, I wouldn’t.
