worst app ever
like the company but this app is the worst. Buffers when in the field and driving don’t have time to delete and re install in the middle of taking orders. getting locked out for no reason. Instead of getting better it’s getting worst each year
App needs work
The company is great! I appreciate the work. I hate the app because I’m constantly having to delete and redownload to my phone. I have to do this because a lot of times when I open it or try to upload photos to an order it just “spins” and I can’t do anything else. The other issue is that as soon an order comes through it’s already gone. I can literally be in the “grab it” section and see the order, when I tap it it’s already gone.

Bots?
Jobs are gone immediately even if you are on the app when they pop up...really a bad system for job distributions...fix this issue please!
Needs an Update like yesterday!
I like the company & the work but the app really need an upgrade. I change my password on the site but always have to call to change it on the back end. So I have to remember the password that I’m given not what I want. Either way having to call just to change a password is an inconvenience; especially when it happens on the weekend or Holiday & you have a job to do.
Also, inspections are sent to my phone, email, & notification & I respond right then & it’s taken. How does that happen? It was just posted. I truly think there’s a delay somewhere. I literally have to stalk my phone, just to get jobs.
Please upgrade soon. It would really help us inspectors out tremendously.

RIDICULOUS
First off, your que will never ever look like the pictures above. You literally CANNOT click on this app fast enough to claim an order. Then you call customer service and they say you have to claim the orders quickly on a computer. That’s not very user friendly for FIELD INSPECTORS. We are out and about, we don’t have a computer open and refreshing every 5 seconds.
But, why should Groundwork’s care to fix the problem? They’re still getting their orders filled, they’re just giving them to the people they want.
For everything you go through to be an inspector for this company, it is not worth it.

Allow too many bots
I am literally on the app and orders are accepted before they even load. I have heard this is due to bots. It seem like this company doesn’t care who does it as long as it gets done, so if you want the work get your bot on.
Delayed notifications - Missing jobs
Something is not right. Notification sound comes in and I can literally be looking at the grab it board and nothing comes in. Almost like it is intentionally skipping my phone. Nothing to grab.
Bad app
The app keeps screwing up for me and I’m sick of it so please try and fix your app

I can’t get an order most times only ones that whoever typically gets them even has time to pick and choose if they know they are not far distance or lower fees, someone else has a secret to get the apps before I get a chance to grab the order and I am talking I immediately respond. Frustrating to say the least because I do excellent work.

Missed opportunities
Same issue as everyone else, not getting job notifications since changing cell service and no longer notified through the app either. Total bummer, missing out on income.
Something is wrong
Either this app is messed up or someone is giving jobs to friends before notifications go out. Since this app I can’t catch a job
Slow and Terrible
This app is so slow at uploading photos. This app isn’t set up to easily and throughly add information about specific rooms. Yet the people reviewing the reports want better photos and information. This app needs updates to be more user friendly

Something’s not right here. Even when my response time is literally instantaneous, I miss out on jobs. I’ve been told that all jobs go out at the same time, but I don’t believe it. What’s the secret guys?

I open app immediately to confirm an inspection and there is nothing in the grab it board. I used to be able to get some but now nothing there.
Not satisfied with the response time
You cannot respond fast enough to get the jobs because there are people doing these jobs who are either friends with someone in the company who are getting instant access to the jobs or they have some instant response app! Not very good for those of us who want to work!!
