Pedí un IPhone y me llegó una caja vacía. Por suerte, me di cuenta al cogerla y la devolví al repartidor sin firmar nada. Menos mal porque con el servicio de atención al cliente que tienen hubiera tenido un gran problema.
Hablo con ellos y tras mil correos, ninguna solución. Lo único que me dicen es que tienen que investigar y que tardará unos 3 meses. Me congelan la cuenta y tampoco puedo acceder a otro dispositivo ni me devuelven el dinero. Entiendo su parte, pero que no me den ninguna solución cuando hay pruebas por mi parte y por la de la de UPS de que yo recibí la caja vacía. Aún así he intentado sacar otro igual con ellos y son los que ponen problemas. De risa.

I just opened the app, made an account, and I can’t browse a single item. If I try to search something it just says “All rented out” implying that every single item on the entire site is rented out, it does this for every single category and for every single item.

Thank you Grover!!! I couldn’t afford a set of AirPod Pros 2nd gen’s. I’m hard of hearing so these AirPods work far better as a hearing amplifier in crowded spaces. I’m on my 2nd set from them.

Do not trust this predatory rental service. After renting faulty tech that stopped working within months I contacted them and they want $700 to close the rental to stop charging me $50 a month indefinitely. I had already paid more than the full value of the rental in this time.
Absolutely disgusting customer service by telling me whether I return a functional rental or not I have to pay hundreds of dollars without that ever being disclosed that to begin with.

No hay peor app que Grover
Te prometo que el UI es pésimo, cada que necesito hacer algo se sale o se cambia de idioma cuando le da la gana detesto la app y el trabajando que hicieron muy bonita y todo pero nada funcional
Imposible de usar
Estoy intentando hacer un alquiler y la aplicación no conoce mi ubicación y dice que hable con atención al cliente. Luego meto una tarjeta para pagar y aún así tras confirmarla de repente vuelve a la pantalla de compra. Fatal

Te dicen que al final del periodo de prueba adquirirás tu producto por 1€ más. Había alquilado un Mcbook por 18 meses. He pagado 21 meses y me dice que tengo que pagar 500€ más, es decir mucho más de lo que cuesta el ordenador en cualquier tienda. Son unos mentirosos.

Also ich muss sagen jetzt nach 2 Jahren das ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehe. Damals die Xbox Series geholt und ich bin da auch erst skeptisch gewesen gebe ich zu aber jetzt hab ich sie ausgelöst und sie ist meine. Das Tolle an Grover ist du wirst nicht wie bei jedem anderen nach der Schufa gefragt und wir kennen sie alle wie sie einem was vermiesen kann wenn man mal was Falsch gemacht hat. Kundensupport ist auch super schnell und Freundlich daher für mich 5/5 Sternen und eine klare Empfehlung im Jahr 2024. Nächste Gerät wurde auch schon gemietet und es werden noch welche Folgen ganz klare Sache. Danke euch für den Geilen Service. ❤️❤️❤️

No deja enviar a otro pais que no sea alemania
Estoy tratando de cambiar mi movil, pero al momento de ingresar la direccion manualmente al momento de poner el pais aparece alemania y no me deja cambiarlo

Llevo una temporada horrible con la app, en el metodo de pago no me deja cambiar de tarjeta y poner una nueva, tengo que esperar a que me envíen un sms dias después para pagarlo manual, otro dispositivo que tengo para pagar con paypal nunca me pasan los cobros y lo mismo a esperar el SMS, espero una solución…
