Fix it!!!!
Can’t finish setting up acounts: clicked on the option and it won’t load in and crashes the app shortly after. Can’t set up debit card: each attempt gets an error message
App doesn’t work
I used this app all the time and now it doesn’t work. I keep getting “Failed to load, try again later” This started 2-3 weeks ago and happens every time I try to use it. I’m not currently living near a physical credit union and need the app to make mobile deposits

App has become clunky
In the past couple of months the app has been slow to open and now I can’t get in at all.
Mobile Deposit doesn’t work.
Mobile deposit is bugged and doesn’t work. They have no urgency to fix it.

Customer for multiple years
Grow Financial is by FAR the best financial institution I have ever used. Their customer service is pristine and their fraud alert is priceless. It has saved me on multiple occasions of attempted fraudulent charges. I referred multiple family members who all now are Grow Financial customers and we are all extremely happy. We will never use another financial institution other than Grow.
