Best Garden Helper!

I love this app, it allows me to keep an easy journal with updates for my garden and even organizes my planters. I do wish you could add other users to see their garden updates- I’d love to use this with my friends who also keep track of their planting with the app.

Exactly What I Need

You’d think it wouldn’t be hard to find a simple way to document your gardening to look back on year after year and see what works and what doesn’t… but everything is geared towards garden planning or plant ID or crazy AI systems. This is exactly what I need… a garden *journal* so next year when I wonder when my hellebores are going to bloom I can look back to this year, and when I’m wondering where the heck my bleeding hearts went, I can remind myself that they go dormant mid summer. Thank you, dev, for creating this lovely, not overcomplicated tool and I look forward to using it for years to come.

Boooo, AI

This app seems like it has promise, and I like the design, but the basic version is too limited. I would love to upgrade to pro and unlock multi-plant entries (which honestly seems like a pretty baseline feature), but I am so deeply tired of AI being shoved into every single thing, often without any ability to opt out. I don’t want ✨AI growing tips✨ I just want a place to keep track of my own plants, with my own brain & hands. Ditch all the AI and I’d absolutely subscribe.

GrowNotes is primarily designed as a no-frills, simple way to track and care for your plants. The free version gives you unlimited plants and unlimited entries for those plants. Love this app

I had been using the app and loving it then due to a glitch lost everything. I contacted the app and Nick was able to restore my data. He was very patient with my lack of technical skills. Now I’m back to journaling in time for Spring!😊

I'm SO happy you love the app, and I am truly SO sorry about your data disappearing. We are experiencing issues with Sign In with Apple and some accounts have been disconnected from their data. Love this App

I had downloaded a lot of apps on gardening journals but found most were too involved. This app is just right. I can upload images of each plant and categorized them such as fruits, vegetables, succulents, etc….. There are two features that I found extremely useful. One, that I can write an entry for each plant to record the growth or any problem that I have with it plus upload updated photos. And secondly, under plant care, there’s an AI feature which automatically comes up with information on how to care for that particular plant. I no longer have to search on how to care. No more in trying the find the info for a plant when it’s so easy to locate.

Great App

I have tried several different garden journals and stopped using them because I couldn’t edit entries and I just procrastinated due to other issues! This app is great! It downloaded in seconds and I made my first entry in just minutes! I can also edit easily. Now, the hard part will be transferring all the photos and data from those other apps! 😁

With some fixes this will be the best so far

This app continuously crashes out on me. I really like a lot of the features but I do wish it would auto populate things like plant names and suggest groups. I also wish I could add more than one photo at a time and I wish that it would note the week number and the info about the plant such a where and when it was bought or started and its planting location

Perfectly simple!

Just what I’ve been looking for! Makes it easier to keep track of all your plants needs! Simple and well designed.. all though I do wish you could set alerts especially for watering..

Easy and exactly what I wanted

I spent a long time looking for a simple and easy to use app that I could actually keep up with tracking my plants. The categories are easy to use, the entries streamlined, and I Iike how it ties to the calendar.
