I use GrowthDay almost every single day, and it has genuinely become one of the most valuable apps in my life. The amount of content, coaching, and training available is incredible. It feels like having a personal growth conference, life coach, and motivation boost with me wherever I go.
Brendon Burchard has been especially impactful for me — his coaching style is motivating, practical, and encouraging without feeling overwhelming. I’ve learned so much not only from him, but from all of the coaches and speakers featured in the app.
What I love most is that the content actually helps me take action and stay intentional in my daily life. Whether I need motivation, mindset shifts, productivity help, or just a reset after a hard day, there’s always something valuable waiting for me in the app.

It's broken
I downloaded, created an appleid account, entered name, 3 growth goals, and then the next page offered 3 areas to click on, but nothing responded to my taps. Rebooting fixes nothing.

I was hesitant to join GrowthDay and I didn’t jump right away when I first heard about it but I was intrigued by the talks that were available for free, so this year I decided to join and It has been a game changer for me, it really helps me not only with motivation but also with clarity, alignment, decision making and mostly High Performance!!! I use growth day almost every day. The motivational content and educational pieces on stress, time management, leadership and really designing the right processes is so high quality. The AI coach is unreal - it gives you Brendon style advice on everything from team presentations, conflict resolution to dating. I feel so much better because I have it.

GrowthDay and the daily fire have been what has gotten me through really rough hardships in my life. Times when I could have been depressed or lost or given up, GrowthDay and daily fire truly lit the fire within me to keep believing, keep going, keep striving and keep showing up for those who depend on me. I’ve been using the GrowthDay app for about a year now, and it’s become my favorite part of my morning routine. The daily motivation sessions help me start my mornings with more focus and intention. I like that the app combines mindset coaching, journaling, and habit tracking in one place. Over time it has helped me stay more consistent with my goals. The lessons are short but powerful, which makes them easy to apply in everyday life. I also enjoy learning from different experts on the platform. It keeps me thinking about growth, discipline, and improving every day. Overall, it’s been a positive tool for staying motivated and focused on personal development.

Overall Good Unless…
You use it on an iPad or in web browser. Last year I gave the feedback to the developers internally but never saw improvement. If you want to get best use of the app, use it in your phone and no where else. The journaling is near impossible, laggy, and easily misspelled if you type with anything other than your fingers on the phone. Even so, I give it 3 stars out of 5 because the content is great and the GrowthDay community is great too!

Habits are king
A great app with of tonnes of content and self education. The daily fire is such a great addition to my day. It allows me to feel motivated when down, inspired when weak and disciplined when slacking. Getting older is mandatory but growing is a choice! And I choose growth day.
