Why?

What is it for if you have the Peleton app ?
Downloaded the app and it’s nice it’s included in the Peloton subscription but what does it offer that you can’t get with the Peloton app ?
It shows guided classes but you have to remember what you did as there appears to be no history and next class doesn’t come up automatically. The Peloton app allows you to see your history and then manually find the next class in Breathwrk! The goals doesn’t appear to work. Just hangs on continue.

Does not work

This app is a great idea, but it doesn’t work at all.
Try again and try harder.

Peloton acquisition spoils the experience

Too many bugs as a paid subscribing user I can’t seem to finish the breath test and procedure to the next screen to set up my goals et cetera the screens are no longer as fun originally seems to be too corporateised.

I don’t think the engineering team is even actively maintaining the app. There are several screens in the settings or account sections that lead to dead ends and no op buttons.

Crashes mid session and won’t let me log in without paying

I’m a longtime Peloton user with a years-long, active All-Access Membership. I have a Peloton Bike, so Breathwrk is supposed to be included with my membership.

Everything was fine until I finished a session. The app crashed, logged me out, and then apparently decided that my years-long Peloton membership no longer exists. When I tried to log back in, I was told I didn’t have a membership and was prompted to PAY for one.

I do, in fact, have a membership. It is active. It has been active for YEARS. I am not hallucinating my Peloton Bike.

I tried contacting support, but instead of connecting me with a human being, I was trapped in an endless conversation with an AI bot that refused to let me speak to an actual representative. Which is especially ironic for an app whose entire purpose is supposedly helping people manage stress.

10/10 for irony. 0/10 for actually helping me breathe. Please fix the membership issue and let customers talk to a human when your app locks them out of a service they already pay for.

love the app but it stopped working for me

I really love the app and am excited to do some of the guided programs, but the start button is unresponsive. Hoping a fox can happen quickly!
