Pay 50 for an app that doesn’t listen
When you adjust the timer to do something like a stretching exercise the timer will just do whatever it wants. So if you want to do a minute long exercise be prepared for it to go on longer to 2 sometimes 4 minutes. You’d think something as basic as a timer could be bug free but I digress.
Not accessibility friendly
My Dr recommended this app to help engage my parasympathetic system and learn how to do diaphragmatic breathing. However, I couldn’t find a beginner program that could help me get build basic capacity. The search terms for what I needed had timers that were way too long for my capabilities. I felt anxious and disappointed that I app focused on breathing is not set up to help people who might actually benefit.

Why so glitchy?
This app could be great and a real value-add for Peloton subscribers, but I have so many problems with it not working or logging me out as soon as I finish a session. I hope these issues can be fixed. I want to use this app more, but it’s frustrating now.
Good app locked behind subscription and crammed with junk
I've been using this app for a while and I really liked it at the start. It was simple, focused on great breathing techniques that you could schedule. Well a lot of that is gone behind an expensive pay wall and they're cramming the app with generic meditations and classes you can find anywhere.
This app sucks
I paid for this app annually via Apple. It can only be used on one device. There is no login or password feature. The app doesn’t work on iPad because its sizing is incorrect. Contacting them for support is useless.

Refund request
0 stars, I signed up for a 7 day free trial and was charged for a year subscription with no easy way to cancel. I had to speak with an apple support rep who is submitting a refund request. A lot of hassle and so unnecessary. I did not consent to have my credit card charged and now going through a lot

Very buggy
Love the breath work and meditation aspects. I hate how buggy this app is. It logs you out after every session, has ux issues like overlaying critical buttons so you can’t click them, and generally lacks the polish I’d expect from a company like peloton.
Changing Duration Issues
Is there a way to change the time duration on the breathwork sessions? The app freezes every time I attempt to change the number of minutes.
Timing issues
Purchased the yearly subscription and not overly impressed. Some breaths are too short, anoloma viloma not able to be found. Would be helpful to be able to adjust the speed. Also when changing the times, the app freezes with the save button not present.

Can’t log in
I haven’t been able to log in with my Apple account since the latest update three weeks ago. I used to use this app a lot but now I can’t. It just crashes to my iPhone Home Screen.
Can’t sign in with Peloton
I have tried for a couple of weeks, installing and deleting the app to see if it works, but it just doesn’t work… It keeps loading and loading if you pick to use your peloton account. Other Peloton’s apps are great, simple and work great… but this one, next time, before you promote it, email or ask peloton people to use anything, make sure we can actually log in and use it.

Scam
When signing up the plan I had chose offered a 7 day free trial. I tried it out for an hour before I decided I wasn’t a fan. They had immediately charged me. I reached out to Apple and they saw that the trial wasn’t even initiated. I then reached out to the developers at which point they didn’t even acknowledge the charge and basically told me I’m SOL. Would not download this app unless you want to lose $50 right off the bat and be scammed.

Loved the app initially
I loved the simplicity of this app and the ability to create my own breathing experience.
I’ve recommended it to friends multiple times. Not sure what has happened but it no longer recognizes me so I can not access any of the app. After paying for a years subscription I am super frustrated. There should at least be an option to reset a password. However it was never needed before. I purchased in January and loved it until now.

A once great app — DO NOT DOWNLOAD
The acquisition of Breathwrk destroyed what was once an indispensable app. I went through a month long dispute that I eventually had chargeback with American Express. Tried repeatedly to cancel with Breathwrk and got radio silence. Tried to cancel with Pelaton but they couldn’t locate my account since it was only with Breathwrk, this despite the billing invoice coming from Pelaton. Just a total mess. Finally got it worked out after Amex got involved and I filed an Attorney General complaint.

Needs watch support
I’m a daily peloton meditation user, and was excited about the app. Love the guided breathing, but it feels like a huge miss to not have heart rate tracking via Apple Watch. I’ll stick with the flagship peloton meditation until the Breathwrk app gets watch support.
I’ve had so many problems with this app, every upgrade it looses your place.
I’ve been using this app every single day since April 26 2025 and since today when they upgraded my app I can’t even get into it to use it and I’m sure that all my days have been lost. This has a huge disappointment. This better be fixed. I’ve had so many problems and no one even reaches out to make it right.
