Military Veteran

I suffer from generalized anxiety with panic attacks. This app is heaven sent. Thank you so much. This has changed my life positively. 🙏

Simple and effective!

You can set your own breathing reminder and your own breathing pattern!

Perfect support for my breathwork routine

I love the individual construction of breath routines. It has allowed me to build varied routines from 90 seconds all the way up to 15 minutes.

Physician

Best app for the price on the market. I suggest it to all my patients and use it on a daily basis myself

Fantastic simplicity

I cant stand downloading a breathwork or meditation app, answering a bunch of questions for it to “customize” my experience, and then get to a payment screen before I can even tell if it has anything that’s worth staying for. This has none of that nonsense! Just simple guided breathing in a clean interface. I’ve used it for years now.
