Five Stars

I’ve been using this service for years. Delivery is fast, produce is excellent, as are specialty items. If I have an issue it’s resolved immediately.

Don’t buy anything here

Their veggies and fruits are very bad quality. I had ordered from them numerous time and I often had to asked for refund due to rotten produce. Now, their customer service just ignored my refund request. Don’t waste your money on them!!!!

Cancel order without any reason

The merchant offer a promote code, but dishonor on it. They cancel my order without any reason.

App is buggy which leads to annoying shopping experience

The company needs test app before releasing. It’s hard to add credit card for 1st time checkout. e.g. after add card number, there is buggy to enter expiration date. I close and reopen the app 5 times, and finally it works to allow me to pay the order. The shopping cart button on the top-right cornet often lost response, need restart app repeatedly. I am using iOS 14.3. I personally just want to test shopping experience, thus tried so many times to place the order. I think normal new customer won’t give a new app so much chance.

Keeps Crashing

App keeps crashing while trying to update phone number on profile

Never buy meat & seafood here!

Veggies and fruits are good! But never never buy meat & seafood! My first order had a sablefish that past the best before date for over a year! I was shocked to see the package written BB 01/31/19, however what’s even more unbelievable is that the beef chuck roast in my second order was packed on May 29, 2018, oh my it was 2 years ago! And the package for both the fish and the beef were just simple, not vacuum packed ( because I heard that meat packed in that way might last longer)...Anyway, I will definitely not risk myself eating them, especially at such a special time when strong immune system is so important to keep Covid-19 away.

I emailed the customer service but 3 days have been past till now, NO REPLY.

Worst app ever

1. App is not user friendly
- When you scroll down the catagories list from All to Produce. The keyboard keeps up and not let you hide it. So when you try to see their selection. The keyboard is cover up half your screen.

2. Edit / cancel order your cart after ordered is not possible.
-You can edit your order but there is no confirm/ submit button. Neither cancel your order.

3. NO CS and Miserable delivery
- I had my first order and it delivered 2 days late. Noone will let you know your delivery window or call/text ahead even they could not make it. Theres no operator only VM. Noone return your call, emails.

No Delivery or Response

I placed an order on Mar 17 to be delivered on Apr 3. Now it is 10:08p.m. Apr 6 and my delivery is still no where. Sent emails but no response after four days, tried to call customer service multiple times, always got directed to voicemail. Every online grocery delivery requires at least a week ahead now due to the increasing volume during this COVID period. Our family has been living with no veggies or fruits for four days, all thanks to this app.

Eating Fresh & Healthy but Cheap + Delicious!

I downloaded the app on a whim, but I am so glad I did! For a while now I have wanted to eat healthier but felt like the produce I bought was expensive and went bad fast.

GrubMarket changed that for me. Now I receive a weekly shipment of farm fresh & organic produce with a difference I can taste! Seriously, who knew peaches could taste that good?

They are able to offer premium produce at lower prices because they work directly with local farmers and eliminate overhead & middlemen which jack up the prices.

Amazing!

Easy to use!

Very convenient and easy to use,and they have lots of stuff that you can't find anywhere else。The food was awesome ,I don't need to go out to get food。Provide good quality daily fresh food。I love GrubMarket!

Easy to navigate

This app has so many choices and selections, there’s even a section for office; where you get a box of high quality organic fruit for any office event. It is user friendly and prices are always clear and reasonable. I am loving this type of farm to home service, the apple, passion fruit, celery, grapes, and many others all arrived fresh and clean.

Saves a trip to grocery

Nice app for ordering produces and meat. Free delivery and always on time. They missed some eggplants once but once I emailed them, they credited my account with $5 (eggplants were $3) and redelivered again the next day. So that’s superb customer service and why I bothered to spend the time to actually write a review.

Misleading Delivery Info

Opening splash screen says they deliver across the U.S. Input my zip code, and the app comes back with a message stating they do not currently deliver outside of the west coast, but hope to deliver elsewhere soon, and then wants me to enter my address.

Doesn’t work

I put in my zip code and nothing happens.

Just doesn’t work

Saw this on the App Store front page and thought it might be good, especially with the colder months approaching. I download it on my iPad and launch it. It launched in portrait mode. Oh no. That’s always a bad sign. Always. Oh, and it immediately wanted to send notifications without explaining why. Come on, guys, there’s a version of the API that lets you explain why, and Apple even had a WWDC session this year covering description strings like this. But I guess if they’re not even interested in making their iPad app support portrait orientation that they’re not interested in other bits of UI polish either.

But I was curious and still interested in the premise. So I fill in my zip code (with the app sideways so I can use my attached keyboard) and press the button. Wait, what’s this? It sent me back to the same dialog with my zip code in the box. So I try again. Same result. Okay, maybe it needs more precise location info, so I install the app on my phone and disable my VPN (can’t remember the last time I did that). Nope, same issue.

I’m guessing that this is a poorly-handled error that happens when delivery isn’t available in my area (which is strange, because I’m in the center of a major east coast city). Overall the app needs a *lot* more work, and I wonder how it made it to the front page of the App Store.

Not Functional

App crashes every time I put in the zip code. Bummer.

Opening screen

Can’t get past the zip code entry page. Should at least give an error warning if something is actually happening instead of just popping the zip code entry page again

Horrible food not fresh

Tried couple of times. All disappointed, not recommended.

App won’t go past first zip code screen

I can’t get the app to work. It asks my zip code, I put it in, and it returns to the same screen and asks it again. No explanation. Lousy first-run experience.

Food quality is unreal

The cucumbers I ordered using this app were out of this world! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
