App updates have progressively gotten worst
Over time I feel the app has gotten more buggy and crashes more. Right now scrolling the app and navigating to different sections has really lagged and sometimes freezes. Not sure what they did but overall performance of the app feels like it’s gotten worst even if the UI might look better.
Lower the prices

Yes, they added tipping, and the delivery windows require some planning ahead, but the quality of the produce, the variety of local products, and the customer service remain unbeaten. And, the app is great to boot.
Spam notifications, buggy
This app with spam you obsessively with notifications. Shameful and desperate behavior on behalf of good eggs. On top of that this app constantly is buggy and logging me out. Service is cool but this app seems to be built by the same folks who maintain the DMV website. Such a mess.
Running a scam?
They were running $50 off promo for new user with referral. I got in with my friend’s referral and bought bunch of groceries, was told to be delivered the second day but it never came. What happened next is just shocking, the app suddenly changed the order status to be delivered, it was “not ready for delivery “ minutes ago.
Of course I tried to contact the customer service which doesn’t exist basically. I can’t find a number to call, only a webpage to fill up and got an email saying someone will come to contact me which never happened after a week
All in all, is this a scammer? I’ll just have to dispute the expense in my credit card
